Sifted or Whole Grain
Our flour is available as both sifted and whole grain.
Sifted flours are passed through a single screen, removing only the largest bran pieces. The light sifting makes the flour more familiar to work with for those not used to whole grain baking while preserving both the nutritious germ and flavor of the wheat.
Whole grain flours have the entire wheat berry ground in.
